Flow through Menopause – 16 September | 18:30 – 21:00

Scientific research strongly supports the benefits of Pilates for women in menopause—improving strength, bone density, flexibility, sleep quality, and reducing stress. This workshop, led by GP Claudia van der Lugt and Anna Mora, offers a comprehensive approach to supporting both physical and mental well-being during this important life phase.

Explore the Hip with Kelly Kane – Saturday 20 September 2025

Join internationally respected educator Kelly Kane for a 2-hour intensive focused on the structure, function, and mobility of the hip. Designed for Pilates instructors and experienced movers, this workshop covers:

  • Detailed hip anatomy and joint mechanics
  • Functional movement analysis and common dysfunctions
  • Pilates mat and reformer repertoire to enhance mobility and strength
  • Hands-on perceptual skills to assess and adjust clients in real time
