Providing a personalised experience is our passion. With our tailor-made lessons, we guide you with ease and trust into your first Pilates classes. Whatever your background or experience with health and fitness may be, we have classes that will enhance your quality of life.

Become familiar with the principles of Pilates. These will be your base for building fundamental core strength and increasing flexibility in all planes of movement. Gain confidence in your movement, and how this directly relates to the movements of your daily life. With some experience, you can start to move in more challenging sequences with a sense of dynamic and flow.

Over 20 years of Studio AnnaMora’s existence, we have developed a complete menu of Pilates offerings. Work progressively through each level as you improve your body awareness, build strength & create inner balance.
Are you already experienced in the principles of Pilates, with one or more years of training? We invite you to check our Sustain & Step Up (intermediate) or Enhance your Power (advanced) classes!
Balance is the key to a fulfilling lifestyle. When you need a slower, restorative approach to movement, choose from our signature selection of Deepen & Restore classes. Build the connection between mind & body, release tension and reduce stress.
For our expectant Mother’s or women who have given birth and want to re-own and enjoy their bodies, we offer your our Pre/Post Natal classes designed to keep you moving during & after birth.

If you already have an account with us, please follow a few simple steps in order to re-activate your Studio AnnaMora account:
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Select the “Forgot password” option.
- An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to create a new password.
If you’re brand new to us:
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Click the “Sign Up” button to create your account.
We kindly as you to reserve your lessons in advance via our online Schedule.
For Group Lessons, we have a cancellation policy of 10 hours. For Reformer classes, Private & Semi-private sessions a 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
We do not grant extensions on class cards, except in the case of unexpected events, such as a major injury. You will receive a reminder mail when your card is expiring in 2 weeks – make sure to use up those classes! 😉
Yes! Please always sign up for your class in advance to be sure there is a place for you. We recommend signing in a minimum 24 hours ahead.
The studio is open 15 minutes before each class. We ask you come at least 5 minutes ahead of your class so you can find your place in the studio on time.
Each class is 55 minutes. We reserve 5 minutes at the end of each class to clean & disinfect the equipment before the next session.
Yes! When a class is full but you still want to join, you will be added to the waiting list. When a place in the class becomes available you will receive an email asking to confirm your spot in the class.
Always wear comfortable clothes which you can move in. Water is available at the studio, but we advise you to bring your own bottle to refill. For Pilates lessons, we recommend wearing grip socks for your safety. You can purchase grip socks at the studio for €12.
No, unfortunately we do not have a shower available to use after your session.
Of course! Send us an email to let us know who will be joining you. We will be sure to reserve an extra place in the class. If you have an existing class card, you can choose to have an extra credit removed from the card or simply pay for a drop-in session.
