Starting Pilates: Your First Classes at Studio AnnaMora
If you are new to the Pilates method, we want to ensure you begin with the right fundamentals in a supportive environment. We offer two distinct pathways to start your journey under the guidance of our dedicated teachers.
1. Build Your Foundation: Beginner Mat Pilates
Experience the fundamental principles of Pilates in a welcoming group setting. This class is designed to help you develop strength, alignment, and confidence on the mat.
When: Wednesday mornings at 9:00 AM
Setting: Group Class (Limited to 14 clients for personal attention)
2. The Welcome Pack: Our Signature Intro Offer
The most recommended way to begin. This personal, in-depth start allows us to understand your specific movement goals and guide you toward the classes that best suit your body.
Price: €125 (Available for new clients)
What’s Included:
- Introductory Private Session: A one-on-one movement session with a Senior Trainer.
- 3 Class Credits: To be used for Mat, Springboard, or Reformer classes, based on your trainer’s recommendations for you.
- Studio AnnaMora Grip Socks: A complimentary pair to ensure you move safely and comfortably in the studio.
Understanding Our Movement Menu
Over 20 years, Studio AnnaMora has developed a complete menu of Pilates offerings. Our classes are organized by level so you can progress naturally as your body awareness, strength, and confidence grow.
Already experienced in Pilates? If you have one or more years of consistent training, explore our Sustain & Step Up (intermediate) or Enhance your Power (advanced) classes.
Need a restorative approach? Balance intensity with our signature Deepen & Restore classes – focused on mind-body connection, releasing tension, and reducing stress.
Expecting or postpartum? Our Pre/Post Natal classes help you stay strong and connected to your body during and after pregnancy.

If you are brand new to us, you can create your account in a just a few simple steps:
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Click the “Sign Up” button to create your account.
Always reserve your lessons in advance via our online Schedule in order to secure your spot!
For Group Lessons, we have a cancellation policy of 10 hours. For Reformer classes, Private & Semi-private sessions a 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
We do not grant extensions on class cards, except in the case of unexpected events, such as a major injury. Keep an eye on your card’s expiration date by navigating to your bsport profile through the Login button – and make sure to use up those credits 😉
Yes! Please always sign up for your class in advance to be sure there is a place for you. We recommend signing in a minimum 24 hours ahead.
The studio is open 15 minutes before each class. We ask you come at least 5 minutes ahead of your class so you can find your place in the studio on time.
Each class is 55 minutes. We reserve 5 minutes at the end of each class to clean & disinfect the equipment before the next session.
Yes! Join our waitlist risk-free. When a spot opens up, you’ll receive up to two notifications giving you the opportunity to claim it! No credits are taken from your passes when join the waitlist, only at the moment you choose to confirm your spot in the class.
Always wear comfortable clothes which you can move in. Water is available at the studio, but we advise you to bring your own bottle to refill. For Pilates lessons, we recommend wearing grip socks for your safety. You can purchase your own pair of Studio AnnaMora grip socks at the studio for €14.
No, unfortunately we do not have a shower available to use after your session.
