We are thrilled to announce the return of a very important group of specialty classes at Studio AnnaMora, Pregnancy & Post-Natal Pilates! As spring blooms around us, it brings with it a renewal of focus on wellness, especially for our expectant mothers, new mothers and women who may have already given birth long ago.
At Studio AnnaMora, we understand the profound journey of motherhood and the importance of staying active and connected throughout this transformative time.
Whether you’re in the midst of pregnancy or navigating the stages of motherhood, our Pregnancy & Post-Natal Pilates classes offer a sanctuary where you can prioritize self-care and connect with other mothers in a warm and welcoming environment.
Pregnancy Pilates: Tuesdays at 11:30
This is a class for women who are pregnant and want to continue to exercise to support their journey into motherhood.
Being in great shape during and after your pregnancy will ease your term and delivery. Prenatal low-impact Pilates is a highly effective and safe pregnancy workout method, provided your doctor has given you the all-clear to exercise.
The class invites you to make a regular and deep connection with your body during this special period of your life, marked by constant changes. There will be breathing techniques, classic pilates exercises to gain strength, correct sitting and standing postures and spinal stabilisation principles.
No prior pilates experience required.
Post-Natal & Beyond: Tuesdays at 10:30
This class is designed for all women who have given birth and want to care for and enjoy their bodies.
If you have given birth recently, a year ago or even longer: you experience that you and your body have undergone many changes. This class is for anyone who wants to re-own their pelvis. Come and gain ease, strength, stability and alignment and connect to your body by moving with intention.
No prior pilates experience required.
Feel safe and supported by the warm teaching of a fellow mother (of three children!). Willemijn guides with precision and expertise from her own experience.
Classes will be held Tuesdays, starting from April 9
Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
