In our Reformer group classes we work with a maximum of 4 students, so you enjoy a tailor-made class with plenty of individual attention.
On the Reformer, your body is placed within a ‘suspended’ environment, enabling you to deeply find and feel alignment within each movement.

Beginner Reformer is suitable for everyone! However, we recommend starting with a minimum of 5 Pilates Principles Mat classes before joining Reformer if you are a newcomer to Pilates.
