By following this class, you will tone your body, increase flexibility, develop and stabilise your core muscles, improve body alignment and learn all about conscious breathing. The use of a variety of Pilates props such as balls, bands, rings, foam rollers or the Bosu Balance Trainer will be incorporated.

You are ready for Pilates Mat Vitality when you have completed a minimum of 10 Pilates Mat Principles lessons, or you have existing experience with Pilates.
