During this workshop you will learn important connections between your diaphragm and psoas muscle. Tensions in the psoas usually cause lower back pain and stiffness along the anterior part of the body (chest, abdomen and legs).

Together we will discover how to use your breathing properly to release your back pain. After this workshop you will know how to release tension of your diaphragm, how to breathe correctly and how to gain more flexibility in your body. You will feel taller, your chest will be more relaxed and you will be in a better control of your body
