What is the focus of TRX?

TRX training is designed to focus on full body strengthening, with each exercise—from side planks to hanging dips and knee tucks—engaging your core muscles and more for a comprehensive full-body workout. What sets TRX apart is its use of suspension straps, allowing you to use your own body weight for resistance, which not only strengthens muscles but also improves balance and stability. This type of training promotes better mobility and flexibility while helping to build lean muscle. It’s a versatile workout that can be adjusted for any fitness level, making it ideal for beginners as well as advanced athletes.
