Our All-Level Mat class will leave you feeling energized and empowered.

By following this class, you will tone your body, increase flexibility, develop and stabilise your core muscles, improve body alignment and learn all about conscious breathing. The use of a variety of Pilates props such as balls, bands, rings, foam rollers or the Bosu Balance Trainer will be incorporated.

For whom?

You are ready for Pilates Mat All Levels when you have completed a minimum of 10 Pilates Mat Beginners lessons, or you have existing experience with Pilates.

Pilates props, such as balls, bands, rings, and foam rollers, offer a range of benefits. They provide increased resistance for strength building, improve flexibility and mobility, enhance core engagement, promote body awareness and proprioception, target specific muscles, aid in rehabilitation and injury prevention, and add variation and creativity to workouts. Using these props can enhance the effectiveness of exercises, challenge the body in new ways, and make the practice more engaging and enjoyable.
